Spiritual swaying is the  process that we undergo before we FULLY step into our authentic spiritual being and way of living. A time where one finally learns how to transcend duality. A time when we consciously decide to consistently follow a life of unselfish deeds, under no or minimal ego influence.

This process varies in duration…often taking years to understand, explore and finally execute or step into.

Symbolically, it can be seen as 'crossing of the bridge' from physicality to full spiritual awareness and heightened states.

It can also be seen a bold move in the ascension process…where one finally leaves behind their human primal nature only to be replaced by a light body of divine vibration and higher living experience - although still on the earth plane. Leaving one feeling lucid, often compared to a dream state – that of an active observer and conscious participator of life on earth.

It takes courage to finally step into our divine awareness…many initiations are placed upon us BEFORE we can finally step up…and erect our selves as servants of the Divine.

Truth is…many are ready or have been ready to step into this state, yet they are holding back in fear of loosing their physical identity – this can be an isolating experience especially when one's ego is still actively engaged.

Ultimately…spirit will guide each individual accordingly on this ladder of evolution - so in essence, we can't go wrong, ascend prematurely or too late. Divine Timing is at work. Trust your unique process and progress.

Dear Friends,   Let's reflect for just a moment….   2011 has been an interesting year ! I've been a busy bee - teaching, consulting, blogging, hosting a radio show, and happily sharing 'wisdom from within' on television ! It's been an exhilarating, at times an overwhelming year. Phew !   Behind the scenes I've done some fascinating research in the areas of spirituality, metaphysics and consciousness evolution – work in progress. A big thank you to those of you who participated, you're the backbone of this work.   Some changes will take place in the areas of in-office versus online consults ( we are busy, and are always looking for ways to serve you better ) please inquire !   Our Website Changes on our website will take place throughout the new year, these are FRESH new ways to serve you better & faster, stay tuned. Check in regularly.     Finally, thank you to all the clients, old and new for being part of the Wellness & Beyond experience !   That sums up 2011 !   ____________________________________________________       Now…let's skip to:   2012         There has been much buzz about 2012 !!!   My intuitive take on it…     My intuitive take on 2012 is that it will be a year where truth ( our authentic nature )  will actively begin to rise to the surface in pretty much every aspect of our lives – what we've been avoiding or placed on a back burner will come up to be cleared / cleaned / sorted out - this is the year to address it and to begin living as our authentic selves, step by step ( You CAN do it ).   We will be given an opportunity to express our stronger VOICE with more confidence and drive - we will be invited to speak our truth and share our inner knowing ! We all have a message awaiting to be shared whether its with a friend or with an audience – trust your vibe, set your message free – create a ripple effect of positive energy in the world.   Family & Relationship Values will become more important, children need love that television or toys can't buy, intimate relationships will need extra nurturing, ladies and gents - spiritual love…is the next step in relationship evolution.   Ascension symptoms may increase ( vision changes, chest pains, fatigue, depression, a feeling of loosing your mind…to name a few ). Give yourself time to rest and be kind to yourself on every level – 2012 is not a race – its your time to reflect, release the old at your unique pace, recharge and begin to unveil your true self layer by layer. Breathe.    ( use your intuition when to see a doctor for possible medical conditions )   Your goals may change, what you dreamed of may no longer be relevant to you – and that's ok. You may be drawn to simplify your life. You are most likely now functioning from your higher self where ego based goals are replaced by higher self goals ( soul level goals ) Congratulations, you have come far !   It's a year to get to know your TRUE SELF and begin living through that very state !
