Do YOU know who you are ? Do you know what you stand for ?

Do you feel comfortable in your own skin ? If so, congratulations !

If you're not quite there…PLEASE read on.

Many people around our planet have no clue who they truly are…they spend many years, sometimes their entire life searching for their TRUE self. Many try to fit into society's MOULD…in many cases becoming successful and likable in society's eyes – however not so happy, and fulfilled inside – at their core.

An intention…to connect to our true self, can indeed be very powerful. Ask and you shall receive…

Below…you will find a helpful exercise to assist you with this discovery…of who you are at the core !

Are you ready ? Let's begin:

Close your eyes
Take a cleansing breath…or two…good.
Feel your body centering…calm…relaxed…you are.
When ready…visualize blue, very blue clear sky !
Calm…you feel….calmmm
You are ready.
In your mind, you will now ask for a symbol or word that represents who you are – your true self -
Allow the image to emerge…trust what you see…good, that's right
If the image is not making sense…feel free to ask in your mind "What does this mean really ? " And allow the insight to come through.
At this point…you should get a good sense of what the image means ! This meaning you can then apply to your True Self question of who you are at your deepest core.

Sensitive Children, Gifted Children

Agnes began her career as a Child and Youth Worker / Instructor Therapist working with children, teens and adults with mental, emotional and behavioural challenges. In a traditional sense quite often medication and behavioural modification would be incorporated as a treatment plan to assist those with various challenges. At a deeper level Agnes had a knowing…that there was a missing piece. She observed that many of these clients / children were highly sensitive, many were gifted and quite frankly misunderstood - often overwhelmed by their world and pressure of daily life they would carry on with none or minimal improvement in their quality of life. How do we begin to assist a child with such challenges ?
